• Allocated Assets will send a Notice of Default letter to the Tenant via email and/or USPS Certified Mail after Tenant has surpassed their time to cure overdue rent per their lease.
• If Tenant still does not cure within the timeframe indicated in the Notice of Default, Allocated Assets will communicate with Owner’s attorney to engage the local authorities to serve the Eviction Notice per the local laws, rules and regulations
