- Allocated Assets negotiates high-quality services at reasonable rates with its nationwide network of licensed, bonded, and insured tradesmen and suppliers
- Process repair requests with preferred vendors and/or Building Engineer(s)
- Manage Cap Ex projects
- Manage scheduled property maintenance to prevent and minimize tenant complaints
Documentation
- Detailed record keeping of all invoices and payments made
- Online Owner access to preferred software allows owners to stay informed of all maintenance requests, status and progress
Service Support
- Responsive maintenance support for tenants
- Non-emergency tenant maintenance requests are processed via the software. Vendors and/or property engineers will be engaged if required
- Tenant access to 24/7 emergency line for emergencies that require immediate attention

Duties

Evictions
We Are Prepared
While rare and generally avoidable, evictions can be an unfortunate necessary service. Here is how we handle evictions:
- Notice of Default letter sent to tenant via USPS Certified Mail following late payment grace period has lapsed.
- If tenant does not cure within the timeframe indicated in the Notice, we communicate with Owner’s attorney directly to engage the local authorities to serve the Eviction Notice per the local laws, rules and regulations.
